Here's a little blurb from the May 2011 issue of Shape magazine. Not directly MS related, but since both heat and sleep can be contentious for many of us, I thought it was applicable. The image probably isn't too readable, so I'll summarize. Basically this lists three new products for ensuring a cool night of sleep. Sheex Sheets: sound really nice, but far too pricey for me right now. The Stress Ease Comfort Reader Pillow delivers some chill to your neck - sounds like an item I'll add to a gift wish list. Brookstone's Bed Fan: blows breeze under top sheet - could be great, could be annoying. In any case, three products that may be beneficial to some of us!
Any tips or products that you use for staying cool at night and getting some good sleep?

Window air conditioner!
Haha window AC: Supposed to be a great idea but now my breaker trips every 2 minutes if anyone else in the house is using power, ARG!!!!! It's an energy saving one too!!!
Matt Allen G, It sounds like you need an electrician to check out the overload because that shouldn't be happening and isn't safe. Yes, we all have higher energy bills due to using the A/C, but it's a necessity for some of us.

Yeah this house isn't THAT old but my family does not understand the meaning of saving electricity. Everyone leaves the lights on, TV's on, everything.... The House's AC was on yesterday with all the windows open.... Seriously?... No wonder the breaker is always tripping... Anyways, but then when I try to put in a window AC (ENERGY STAR) they all freak out saying I'm going to raise the bill.... Um... Excuse me.... Because of MY disability we get a discount on the electric bill which is supposed to allow me to run the air more not to give them a free discount yet I get in trouble if I touch the house AC and they freak out over the window AC. 80 degrees is not that house for in the house right? I just need to get a new job and move out already haha ugh...
